Eisenhower Developmental Diagnositics
The Eisenhower Cooperative offers diagnostic services to its member districts for children birth to five. A team of specialized evaluators, consisting of a psychologist, a social worker, a nurse, a speech and language pathologist, and an occupational therapist conduct these assessments.
The child's home school district makes a referral to the Eisenhower Cooperative for the Parent-Infant Diagnostics. Pertinent information is sent to the diagnostic team for review prior to the evaluation. With parent and child present, the team gathers the necessary information to complete a case study evaluation. At the conclusion of the evaluation, an eligibility meeting is convened to review the results of the evaluation.
